Ordering Guidelines
General Information
- Orders can be faxed, phoned in, emailed, delivered personally or post mailed. We will always confirm your order. Customer service is available from 6:00am - 3:30pm PST Monday through Friday.
Confirmation of Fax Orders

- Using our current order form an order confirmation will be faxed back once an order has been processed.
- Please review the confirmation. Please sign (your signature is required to start production) and return via fax.
- If corrections and or additions are made at this time please make a note of the changes on the confirmation. We will refax the updated confirmation for your approval.
- After the second day from submittal any additions to the original order should be made on a new order form.
- If you have not already established terms by submitting a credit application a 50% deposit will be required at the start of production.

- Your order will be read back for accuracy. It will be your responsibility for any items on the order that might be incorrect to correct them at the time of the read back.

Confirmation of Orders Received in Person by Our Customer Service Department
- Upon reviewing the confirmation of your order we will ask for your signed approval for accuracy and to start production.

Confirmation of Orders Received by Email
- Once your order has been submitted online you will receive a confirmation via email. We must have your correct email address. All online orders will require your approval for accuracy and to start production.
