Production Changes

Standard Order Changes

• All orders are custom made. You are responsible for any costs incurred once the order has been placed.
• Changes to your order need to be made on the same day your order is placed. Due date may also change.
• Any changes required [1] day after the order has been placed an order change charge will be determined by the scope of the changes needed and applied. Minimum charge $25.00. Due date may also change.
• Order changes required [2] or more days after the order has been placed will require any and all corrections and / or additions on a new order. Due to the production process the first order will go through as ordered. We will make every effort to match the first orders due date. If you cancel your order after (2) or more days you are responsible for any costs incurred including a 25% pro-rated charge plus a $25.00 administration fee.

Rush Order Changes

• There are no changes accepted on rush orders that have been started into production.
• If changes are required a new order must be placed for any and all corrections and/or additions.
• If the rush order is cancelled after it has been started into production a 25% pro-rated charge in addition to a $25.00 administration fee will apply. You are also responsible for any costs incurred in production. A new order must be started.
