Shipping / Delivery / Will Call

Cutting Edge Truck Delivery and Charges

  • All orders require packaging to ensure adequate protection during transportation.
  • We will deliver orders 6 or more pieces on our truck to customers in our delivery areas. There will be a $0.50 per piece packaging charge plus a per trip charge applied to the first order only on a particular delivery date.
  • On delivery day changes / or re-delivery for reasons beyond The Cutting Edge's control an additional delivery cost may apply
  • All rush delivery's using our trucks will be handled to the best of our ability to meet your needs.

UPS/LTL Freight Common Carrier

  • We will ship per customer request to all other areas that are not in our delivery area.
  • On ups shipments there will be a $0.50 per piece charge for packaging plus the ups charges will be calculated and added to your invoice at the time of shipment. We do not guarantee ups shipments.
  • On common carrier shipments there will be a $0.50 per piece for packaging in addition to a crate charge that will be added to your invoice. Standard insurance rates will apply unless otherwise requested. Generally common carrier shipments will be freight collect.
  • We have established discounted shipping rates with certain freight companies to provide better costing to you. When applicable we will ship these orders (freight prepaid) and apply the discounted freight charge to your invoice.

Will Call

  • Orders placed in will call should be picked up on schedule after you receive notification that your order is ready. The Cutting Edge can not be responsible and voids the guarantee for orders left in will call for more than [10] working days beyond the pickup date. A storage fee may apply.
